Conditions for Afghan Christians & Religious Minorities Worsen with the Taliban

As conditions for Afghan Christians and other religious minorities appear to worsen under the Taliban, faith-based groups continue to offer a helping hand. A few weeks ago we had pro-life filmmaker and President of the Vulnerable People Project, Jason Jones, on EWTN News Nightly to talk about the work his organization is doing for Afghanistan. The interview helped him get in contact with an American citizen seeking to get out of the country. Jones tells us more on that. Just today, he was able to save a large group of Christian girls and a few journalists. Jones discusses this further. The president of the Vulnerable People Project shares the challenges his team faces in working to keep escapes as safe as possible. He explains what current conditions are like for Christians and other religious minorities in Afghanistan. Jones fills us in on what people watching can do to help.
